Used wrong, or with the wrong grade, steel wool can scratch. We use ultra fine 0000 and pre-soften hard water deposits so they slide off clean instead of grinding like sandpaper.
Harsh chemicals can, which is why we don’t use them. We use ECO friendly solutions designed specifically for ceramics or windows and never let the chemicals sit on your glass longer than needed.
